Homemade Adobo

Prep time: 5 minutes
Makes: About 2 cups

1/2 cup salt
1/2 cup garlic powder or granulated garlic
1/2 cup onion powder
1 Tbsp. dried oregano, crushed between hands
1 Tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 Tbsp. paprika, optional

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.

Use in place of adobo or as an all-purpose seasoning. Use to season meats or roasted potatoes.

I sent this to all my sisters! I want to try it so bad but my abundance of Adobo is holding me back. Should I try it anyway? Oh and by the way, Rick is trying a diet without salt, what do you think about leaving it out? you can email me. Thanks for doing your blog I love it!
